Fee Structure
Professional services are billed hourly:
Record review, analysis, and written reports: $400 per hour
Depositions and trial or hearing testimony: $600 per hour
A written retention agreement and retainer are required before work begin. Additional billing details are provided upon request.
Independence and Role Clarification
Dr. Granovetter does not provide clinical treatment to individuals for whom he serves as an expert witness or evaluator. Expert opinions are offered independently and are not advocacy-driven. All conclusions are based on available records, accepted medical standards, and the specific issues presented.
Matters involving criminal proceedings are not accepted. Cases involving sexual boundary issues are considered selectively.
